After celebrating its 30th anniversary in the country in March, SAP Malaysia continues to introduce innovative working practices to help further position itself as one of the industry’s top employers.

HR operations are also leveraging cloud platforms to achieve operations, cost efficiency, and quality service delivery.
The combination of smart technology, a flexible work environment, and policies aims to enhance creativity and collaboration while embracing diversity, fostering a strong community culture, and enhancing purposeful teamwork.
This approach is also being adopted by other forward-thinking companies in Malaysia and around the world, such as Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, which implemented SuccessFactors to help take human capital management to the next level.
